No Show / Cancellation Policy
1st No-Show
We Understand!
Life happens! Your first missed appointment is on us—no worries. However, after your first no-show, we will require a credit card on file to schedule any future appointments.
2nd No-Show
50% Charge
We’re sad we missed you! If you miss a second appointment, we will charge 50% of the scheduled service cost to your credit card.
3rd No-Show
Full Charge
Our stylists set aside time just for you. If you miss a third appointment without notice, we will charge 100% of the scheduled service cost to your credit card.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to charge for any missed appointments without notice. Effective December 15, 2022. Policy is enforced at the discretion of F8 Fate Salon.
